1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the a71a Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and a71a ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform in any way, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the a71a Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and a71a.

2. Eligibility

To use the a71a Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

a71a reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user may hold only one a71a account. Multiple accounts are prohibited. During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information. a71a may, in its sole discretion, conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. You must complete KYC verification when requested in order to continue using the Platform, including making deposits and withdrawals. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued national identity card or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• Any additional documentation a71a deems necessary to comply with applicable regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

a71a accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposit limits may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. a71a does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. a71a reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. a71a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have completed their wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts held in your own name.
• a71a reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by a71a are subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific terms of each offer — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry period — are set out at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms. Bonuses are awarded at a71a's sole discretion.

a71a reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the a71a Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Attempting to circumvent a71a's security measures, KYC procedures or responsible gaming tools.

7. Responsible Gaming

a71a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. • Use Platform content for any commercial purpose or in any way that may damage a71a's reputation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a71a and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. a71a does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

In any event, a71a's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a71a account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

a71a collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. a71a uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. The following data protection principles apply:

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds or fraud investigations. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and a71a. a71a aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for final resolution.

13. Amendments to These Terms

a71a may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
